Refunds
For most items, in the unlikely event that your product is faulty, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange of goods within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send an email using our contact form.
Return Shipping
Please contact us via happiness.frame.contact@gmail.com to set up a return. We will instruct you via email on where to send your item for return.
